It was 1973 when my parents, Maresi and Heinz Tritscher, fulfilled their dream of owning their own bed and breakfast.
The purchase of the property and the construction of their own house in the following years until 1975 paved the way for a vision that would give people from all over the world a place to call home – a “vacation at home,” a “vacation in a new home.”
Maresi gave the residence its current name, Dachsteinperle, which reflects what it stands for today: luxurious comfort combined with local tradition.
Over the years, guests have become companions and friends by the time my parents reached retirement age – a sign that every guest is welcomed with openness and appreciation.
In 2019, I, Heinz Tritscher Jr., took over my parents’ guesthouse and gave expression to the vision of creating an incomparable place of luxurious comfort and local tradition.
This was reflected in the renovation of the lower floors, the integration of three new floors, and the use of extremely high-quality materials, as well as the alpine-cosmopolitan style design, which today offers you, as a vacation guest, an incomparable stay with breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dachstein massif.
